Fried Brussels sprouts with bacon is a savory dish where halved sprouts are pan-fried until crisp and golden, then combined with smoky bacon. The bacon’s rendered fat enhances the sprouts’ nutty flavor, while the bacon itself adds a tasty contrast in texture. Finished with salt, pepper, and sometimes a splash of vinegar or lemon, this simple side dish is both flavorful and satisfying.
