Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, diced
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup chopped cilantro
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Method
In a medium bowl, add the diced tomato, onion, jalapeno, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic.
Stir in the lime juice, salt, and pepper
Served chilled for best results
This oxidizes fast, so this is best kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours in a sealed container.
