Soboro Donburi or Gingered Ground Beef, is a comforting and colorful Japanese rice bowl dish. It typically features three main components artfully arranged over a bed of steamed white rice: ground seasoned chicken (or sometimes pork or beef), sweet and fluffy scrambled eggs, and vibrant green peas or other vegetables.
