A SPAM® and cheese omelet features crisped Spam® and melted cheese folded into fluffy eggs. It’s easy to make, comforting to eat, and pairs well with sides like toast or rice—a hearty classic enjoyed for its rich flavor and simplicity.
SPAM® and Cheese Omelet Recipe
Ingredients
4 large eggs
1/2 cup SPAM®, diced small
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or preferred cheese)
2 tablespoons milk or cream
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and black pepper
Optional: onions, chives, mushrooms, peppers, jalapeños

Method
Sauté diced SPAM® (and optional veggies) in butter over medium heat until golden, about 3-5 minutes.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the SPAM® in the skillet.
Let eggs set on medium-low, gently lifting the edges to allow uncooked egg underneath.
Once set, sprinkle cheese over half the omelet. Fold in half and cook until cheese melts and eggs are cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with chives or fresh pepper if desired.
TTips
Try different cheeses or add-ins for variety.
