Tzatziki Sauce


  • 1 English cucumber, peeled

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  1. Pulse the cucumber in a food processor, add to a fine mesh strainer to drain the liquid.

  2. In a large bowl, place the remaining ingredients and mix to combine

  3. Add the drained cucumber and combine until well combined.

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours until well chilled.’

  5. Serve with warm pita bread or vegetables, or use a as a dip for chips and crackers
