Beef Bulgogi


Ingredients:

• ¼ soy sauce

• 3 Tablespoon sugar

• 2 Tablespoon honey

• 4 Tablespoon pear juice

• 1 Tablespoon minced garlic

• 2 Tablespoon sesame oil

• ¼ teaspoon black pepper

• 8 ounces of sirloin strip or ribeye steak


Method

1. Stir the first 7 ingredients together to make a marinade.

2. Cut the sirloin or the ribeye steak into strips 1-inch longs and very thin

3. Marinate the beef for 1 hour

4. Without any oil, grill or use a wok to sear and cook the beef until cooked

5. Add remaining marinade and cook down about half


Serve over rice or on noodles
