Benedictine Spread
Ingredients
½ large English cucumber, peeled
1 8-ounce tub of cream cheese spread
¼ cup chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons sour cream
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
Grate the cucumber and roll the grated cucumber into a towel or paper towel and squeeze out the excess juice.
Combine the cucumber and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Transfer to a sealed container and chill for at least an hour
Stores covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
