Cranberry Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients
2- 8 oz whipped cream cheese, softened
6 oz dried cranberries or craisins
1 of bunch green onions, chopped
1 jalapeño, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
3/4 cup white sugar
Method
Mix cranberries, lime juice, and sugar in a bowl; let sit for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, green onions, jalapeño, and cilantro in a large bowl.
Fold cranberry mixture into the cream cheese blend.
Taste and adjust lime, sugar, or jalapeño to your liking.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra cilantro or onions if desired.
