1 ½ pound ground beef
1 red pepper
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces of sour cream
1 can of tomato paste
8 ounces cooked spaghetti noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
Dice onion and pepper and add to the beef as it cooks.
Add mushrooms as the meat continues to cook, drain any fat that may accumulate.
When beef is fully cooked, add the tomato paste and stir thoroughly. Add the cream cheese and cover pan for 5 minutes to soften cheese.
Stir in cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. Blend well.
Add cooked and drained pasta and mix well and add all the pan to a casserole dish and bake uncovered for ½ hour in preheated 350 degree oven.
