Potato Pancakes


Ingredients


  • 2 pounds thawed hash browns

  • 4 sliced green onions

  • 9 eggs

  • 1 cup seasoned flour

  • 1 cup melted butter or margarine

Method

  1. Mix ingredients together in bowl.

  2. Using your hands, form flat patties and set on a separate plate

  3. When you have finished the patties, fry them on a lightly greased grill or frying pan until they are golden brown on each side

Serve with applesauce, butter, and syrup

Yields 32 individual patties
