Potato Pancakes
Ingredients
2 pounds thawed hash browns
4 sliced green onions
9 eggs
1 cup seasoned flour
1 cup melted butter or margarine
Method
Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
Using your hands, form flat patties and set them on a separate plate
When you have finished the patties, fry them on a lightly greased grill or frying pan until they are golden brown on each side
Serve with applesauce, butter, and syrup
