Roasted Red Potatoes


  • 1-pound red potatoes

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh minced garlic

  • 2 sprig fresh rosemary

  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Scrub the potatoes and remove and dirt and debris

  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters and place in a bowl

  3. Add the garlic, oil, and rosemary leaves

  4. Season with salt and pepper

  5. Mix well and place in a single layer on a sheet pan

  6. Place into a preheated 400-degree oven for 40 minutes
