Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
1-pound red potatoes
1 Tablespoon fresh minced garlic
2 sprig fresh rosemary
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Scrub the potatoes and remove and dirt and debris
Cut the potatoes into quarters and place in a bowl
Add the garlic, oil, and rosemary leaves
Season with salt and pepper
Mix well and place in a single layer on a sheet pan
Place into a preheated 400-degree oven for 40 minutes
Makes 4 servings
