Roasted red potatoes are a tasty side dish. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, then coat them with oil, salt, pepper, fresh herbs, and spices. Bake until crispy. Perfect for any occasion
Roasted Red Potatoes
Ingredients
1-pound red potatoes
1 Tablespoon fresh minced garlic
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Scrub the potatoes and remove any dirt and debris
Cut the potatoes into quarters and place them in a bowl.
Add the garlic, oil, and rosemary leaves
Season with salt and pepper
Mix well and place in a single layer on a sheet pan
Place into a preheated 400-degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes
