1-pound fresh salmon, cubed
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
3 Tablespoons salted butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon beef base
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons chives, chopped
1 teaspoons oregano
½ bag egg noodles
In a large pot, begin boiling water for noodles.
Warm a large frying pan on medium/high heat, melt the butter and cook the garlic and onion
Once the butter begins to melt, add the mushrooms, and cook until the butter absorbs into the mushrooms.
Add in heavy whipping cream and increase the heat to high.
Once the cream begins to boil, reduce the heat to medium, add parmesan cheese and other seasonings, and stir.
Once all the ingredients are combined, add the salmon, and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Salmon will appear a pinkish white when finished. Remove a piece of the salmon and check to make sure it is fully cooked.
Combine salmon mixture with noodles in a large bowl and top with chives.
