Schug Sauce
Ingredients
4-jalapeno peppers
1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic
½ cup fresh parsley
½ cup fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
½ cup olive oil
Method
De-seed the jalapenos if you wish to
Add half the olive oil into a food processor or blender, along with the jalapeno peppers, and pulse a few times to break down the peppers.
Add the remaining ingredients and olive oil and continue to pulse to emulsify the mixture. The result should be a chunky sauce with pieces of herbs in it.
