Kimchi Fried Rice


  • 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 cup drained kimchi

  • 1 can SPAM, diced

  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil

  • 3 cups cooked rice


  1. Drain the kimchi and set aside in your mise

  2. Dice the Spam and set into mise

  3. Add the oil to a large pan or wok over medium heat

  4. Add the SPAM and sauté until it begins to brown and crisp

  5. Add the drained kimchi, stir well

  6. Add the soy sauce and the sesame oil, stir well

  7. Add the rice and continue to stir until all the ingredients are heated throughout

  8. Top with a drizzle of more sesame oil, top with sliced green onions and a poached egg
