Roasted Beet Hummus
Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1or 2 beets, roasted and cooled
Water as needed
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add some of the reserved liquid from the chickpeas to adjust the texture and consistency.
Serve with pita bread or crudites
